I'm switchimg from a DC salon where i'd become dissatisfied, so this was my 1st visit to RA. I met with Jillian, we talked about what led mme to RA, discussed my color and previous treatments. She had suggestions about immediate concerns & talked about possibilities for the future; nice trim for my chin length hair-point is: she listened to what i discussed & mixed in ideas of her own. I really like the color & glaze that she selected. Hair is soft, color more natural & soft. Megan worked with Jillian, washing my hair, taking care of some things- great hands, felt like I had a scalp massage! Unexpected treat: they were offering free makeup demos. Jillian set me up with Joan who had really good ideas. I liked what she tried & plan on scheduling an appt for a full hour. Place is very attractive, really liked the 'extras' and am looking forward to trying many new services. I think services are very reasonably priced. I think I've found a very special place!
