Overall my experience is a pleasant one at your salon. This past time I was in though, my stylist was Not the person who shampooed the color off my hair but a young girl in training. She did NOT completely rinse the color from the back of my head where my hair line meets my neck & it left my head very itchy and the underneath of my hair felt pasty or waxy so I had to shampoo the next morning, just to relieve the itcy, irritated feeling.
