This is a beauty school where the students do the work and are supposed to be supervised by instructors that are licensed beauticians. I have been using them for a couple of years. Redken products, cheap prices. The supervisors no longer seem to be around much, so the students are on their own. This means the quality of service is hit or miss. After two bad experiences in a row, I won't be back for color.
