I was given a "Spa Package" gift certificate for Christmas but when I went to redeem it they would not let me book until June 2012. They would not give me a refund and told me I had to go through Groupon. So, let me get this straight, Fawnfeather offers a coupon but does not say anything about it not being redeemable for six months???? They have my money for SIX MONTHS? Then they put the onus back on me to jump through hoops to get my money back from Groupon if I want it? This is WRONG. How many people book a facial 6 months ahead. Nobody is that good and I am not sure Fawnfeather will be in business in June if they continue to oversell and under service.
