If I could them zero stars I would. We moved to this practice when Dr. Carroll moved because he had treated our daughter as a toddler.\r
However, we can not continue to see this fabulous physician because the attitude and exact words from this medical practice is ""this is a business"". What about the need to care for sick children?\r
Lisa in the office is rude, uncaring, and more concerned with her own personal paycheck and potential bonuses for collections than the health of a sick child. She is unwilling to cooperate with the insurance company by resubmitting the unpaid claim and refused to let my daughter be seen by the doctor unless she was paid.\r
After 1 call to the insurance company myself, I was advised that they spoke to Lisa and that my daughter could be seen so an appointment was made later in the day. When she returned later with her father a bill for $64.00 was demanded and Lisa asserted again that she did not need to resubmit the claim that it is the insurance company's responsibility to simply pay the amount due. When trying to discuss this with the doctor he said, ""I don't believe anyone but Lisa - this is a business"".\r
I tried to call and got only voice mail - no option to speak to a person.\r
Tsk Tsk Tsk - this is not a medical practice; there is no adherence to the hypocratic oath; this is only a BUSINESS.
