I can't believe the previous review! We bought our Miele vacuum from Park Ridge Vacuum a while ago and we are very happy with the purchase. Mike was very knowledgeable and professional during the presentation, he explained all options and attachments we got with the vacuum. It's not a cheap equipment but it's worth every dollar we spent on it. I definitively recommend this store because of our very positive shopping experience there.
