I rate Guaranteed Comfort and Energy very highly. My husband and I were both in the house when they were working on our system, and everything went fine. The man who came to do the work was very neat, and he had a guy to help him, and they were just perfect about everything. They were very careful to ask before doing anything. If they found something that needed to be fixed, they would fix it, but they would come to me first and ask.
We're kind of an older couple and we can't do very much for the house. Guaranteed Comfort and Energy was very nice when they came out. It was extremely hot when they went up in the attic. They found an electric wire that needed to be fixed and they put more insulation in. They always came to ask about it before doing anything too. They looked the whole house over to see what we needed to be done and it worked out fine. I have never had anybody that good.
