I used Fireplace City for a new wood stove insert. The staff, meaning the owner, was very friendly and professional until I paid for the stove. After that, it took several calls and messages to hear back from him. A month after I purchased the stove I called several times to eventually find out that the stove was at the store and had been there for several weeks. It took about five more calls to get the owner to install the fireplace. He did not finish the installation and said he would call back to set up a day to finish it. this was four and a half weeks ago. He has not returned any of my phone calls since then. Needless to say, I am less than impressed with the service of Fireplace City. I do not know how they stay in business. Go somewhere else!!
