We were not happy with a recent appointment for ServiceLegends free estimate. Overall feel of the presentation was " give me a contract and I'll gaurantee your house will be warm". In our opinion they are marketing temp comfort and not selling the equipment. When pressed for a price the salespersons price was several thousand dollars higher than other estimates we have in hand.
