I brought my Cadillac Escalade in for new tires and service. \r
The tires were GoodYear Triple Tread which I was told were being discontinued. I told Eric the manager I wanted my new 11000 mile tires back as well as service work.\r
The work was done late by a day, they kept my truck\r
They did not return my tires and jerked me around for over a month on getting them back and advised later by GM Chris Lee they would only give me $10 each for them. I paid to have my fuse repaired on the lights that were not working, i found out on Muddy Creek Rd coming home at night from AA County Police they had not done the work.\r
DONT TRUST THEM I AM HEARING THE HORROR STORIES FROM PEOPLE NOW ! WHAT A BS EXPERIENCE AS WELL AS A RIPOFF ! \r
