I own a carpet cleaning company. I work with several property management companies and I have not seen a company that would care more about their properties and tenants than Cincy Rents. Their high level standards when it comes to requesting services or repairs speak by themselves to me it shows respect they have for both their tenants and the property owners. When a property is well maintained and managed, everybody wins the owners can rest assured that their property is not falling apart and the tenants have a healthy and comfortable place to live just the way they like it. If I ever have properties and find myself in the need of professional management I know that Cincy will be not only on top of my list but my only choice.
