I really wanted to find a good dentist and had read decent reviews about Dr. Downing. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience. He cancelled my appointment (a couple hours before the appointment) with no explanation. When I showed up to my re-scheduled appointment 5 minutes late, he refused to take me (with no other explanation except that he's packed up and ready to leave for the weekend). I was in shock. Terrible customer service. I know others that have had this problem with Downing Dental and I couldn't believe it when it happened to me. I would recommend not wasting your time or money on a dentist who behaves so pathetically.
