This company has been a big disappointment to us, and we've certainly not felt safe or secure due to their lack of service.\r

We've had several instances in the last year where our alarm has gone off while we weren't home, most recently while we were vacationing out of state. Due to this, the police have been called out unnecessarily more than once. We are always told by ADT that possibly flies or spiders are setting it off. When we try to scedule service for the alarm, they inform us that it will be at least a month before anyone can get out to look at it. We've been paying the last two months for a service we can't even use. When we called to cancel their service, they still didn't attempt to get anyone out right away to look at our system.\r

Will be much happier with a smaller, local company that will respond more quickly when we have problems.
