I had heard a lot of good things about Genesis Diamonds. My fiance and I decided to give them a try. Not only do they offer by far the finest selection and the best prices, the people and the atmosphere were so much more than I could have expected. We showed up in jeans and cowboy boots and every person there, not just our wonderful sales lady treated us like royalty. It was more like making friends than conducting a ""business transaction"". I highly recommend Genesis to anyone that wants a great product, great price and great atmosphere. In my book, Genesis is a class act and model example of what customer service should be.
