BEWARE, TERRIBLE Collision Shop 9/13/2011

On September 8, 2011 Cass Collection of Mount Clemens made repairs to my 2010 Chrysler Sebring without my consent, based on false information given to them by their employees DeShun Stewart and Steve Orlowski. When I seen the repair work it was awful, paint was chipping off (an hour after leaving the shop) and just the overall repair work was done incorrectly and poorly. There employee Deshun Stewart had access to my vehicle and was asked not to allow Cass Collision to do ANY work on my car without a written estimate and my consent to do the repair work. The manager Brent never contacted me and I never agreed for them to do any work to my vehicle. Since they so call repaired my vehicle without my consent I asked Brent, for an explanation of all the work that was completed (estimate) and he told me he could not provide me with one. When I made a demand for one Steve Orlowski got upset and gave me a fallacious preliminary estimate. I have taken my vehicle to another collision shop and had them look at my car and the preliminary estimate and they have explained to me that the estimate was falsified and nothing on the estimate was done to my vehicle. I have called Cass Collision to correct the repairs and they have refused. EVERYONE PLEASE BEWARE THIS IS A TERRIBLE COLLISION SHOP AND NEVER LET THEM DO WORK ON YOUR CAR. Brent and his entire staff are unprofessional and liars. \r \r more
