I had my carpets done last week. They're older carpets and have some heavy use traffic patterns. Within a couple of days the worn areas reverted back to before the cleaning. I thought, ""Oh, well, I guess they're just too old to look clean."" A day or so later, Earl called to ask how I'd liked the job. I mentioned the traffic patterns and he insisted that he come out and, not only take a look, but re-clean those areas if necessary. He did re-clean the areas and as of now, those areas look great! They just needed a little extra TLC. I so appreciate his going the extra mile by coming back!
