Having used the Meadows for years for picnics and sit down dinner parties I have to say without a doubt they have continued to outdo themselves in both service and food. Russ, the owner, has year after year put his best foot forward to satisfy my needs and wants. The band Paragon is a well established band capable of playing on reguest almost any song by digging into their many years of playing thoughout the Lehigh Valley. If you have a price for your planned affair, visit the meadows and get their bid to do your affair. You won't be sorry.
