omg, terrible experience! i wanted red highlights, and she was givin me attitude about how bland its gonna look because i have auburn base color and she gave me bright blond highlights. i told her i didnt like the color, she got pissed at me and tried to convince me it looked good on me. the next day, i made her redo my hair. the whole time she was pissy at me, and when she was washing my hair, she tugged it, pulled it so hard i wanted to cry. i was furious at her and her prissy little attitude. i didn't tip or say thank you, i just walked out. so STAY AWAY, staff is RUDE!!
