Doug himself is very pleasant and cooperative. He explains the entire situation and makes you feel at ease. His office staff, on the other hand, are not friendly. They rush to conclusions, make no apologies for their horrible behavior, and are undeniably rude. After 7 weeks of waiting (the first 3 were dry, the last 4 wet), no one has showed up. I called trying to get an update, specifically when the ""small"" job would be done -- apparently Doug's staff believes that customers have no right to be frustrated with the situation. I should have gone with the initial lower bids from one of the other companies from which I received quotes - they would have been in sooner and gotten the job done well enough. Unfortunately, I assumed that Doug's staff was as competent as Doug himself.
