Contacting them to pay the bill was easy. The person was helpful with the correct account number, and made sure i knew what number to place on mypayment to ensure the payment went to the correct account. Unfortunately, she staed the moment the payment was received, and cleared they contact the reporting credit companies to make sure the information is current. guess what they did not do? Hey, I guess they forgot to call the Credit company because it still reflects a past due balance though the payment was made three months ago. Not really very efficient are they?
