I wouldn't even call what I recieved at Kaiser Permanente ""Health Care."" I went for my first appointment in May for pain in my shoulder. My doctor referred me to the orthopedic specialist. It took me 3 months to get an appointment. Once I saw the orthopedic specialist, he referred me for physical therapy. Now I'm told I will have to wait until November for an appointment. I can't believe I have to wait in pain for FIVE MONTHS to get any kind of relief. Not to mention that I had to wait for an hour and a half just to be seen by my primary care physician and then have to wait on hold up to 45 minutes JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Then I notice online that their pharmacy tried to overcharge me and when I call to resolve the issue I'm given the neverending runaround. It seems that KP is only interested in one thing MAKING MONEY!!!
