I had worked at Lett's bridal for almost 2 years, the original owner I had no problems with, the store ran fine and customers were happy, then in late July of 2010 Rick Roy took over the store ( Mr.Lett's nephew by marriage) sadly to say he ran down this business, it took Mr. Lett 60 years to build a reputation and it took this guy not even 6 months to ruin. I would advise you to stay away it will be the best, all he does is give you the run around and tries to blame it on the employees what has went wrong. Your dress wont come in till a week before the wedding, he will give you a pity story just to make you feel bad, it has happened multiple times, I had to leave because I wasn't getting paid and I couldn't stand lieing to customers, ive seen him do to every customer just stay away from this place this guy is a joke and I'm surprised hes lasted this long.
