If you're one day late you can guarantee they will call you the minimum of three times a day until they get their money. Even if you call them back and explain that you are waiting for your check to go thru the bank or anything innocent like that. I work at night and told them I was waiting for my first check from the new job to pay the bill, I was one week late and they started harassing other ppl as well over a bill I had already told them WHEN I would pay it, and the kept calling during the day when I was attempting to sleep even after I asked them to wait for the afternoon if they had to call.
