This company will shaft you out of your deposit in a heartbeat. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then take your deposit because you didnt follow the contract which says something totally different. The owner is a coward and will not try to resolve any situation. My neighbors have had problems with them trying to charge them for bogus repairs. BEWARE!!! Follow the contract to a T and dont believe their lies.
