I dropped a car off that I had just purchased in a person to person sale in the morning basically on a walk in, and by the afternoon they had done a computer diagnostic and discovered misfiring spark plugs. They replaced the plugs and charged nearly nothing in service, and the diagnostic was a good 10$ cheaper than I was quoted at the Pep Boys next door. I had expected to only get a diagnostic on a walk in, but they fixed the problem in the time a chain service would have only ran it through the computer. They also dropped me off at home and picked me up when my car was ready, I would definitely recommend them and use them for future repair, especially if you live on the west side.
