After moving to Lafayette in 2005 my wife and I look around for a local cafe. After my wife received undercooked eggs in an omelet at breakfast on a visit, upon telling the waitress about the problem, she made the excuse that, "" that's the way we cook eggs all the time "" and offered another omelet , but my wife refused!
We have chosen to just eat at home from now on.
Since that morning, my wife refuses to return, I've been back a couple of times, but careful what I eat.
