I have used this tax service for the past 10 years and I always find the entire staff to be extra friendly and knowledgeble. They take the time to ask questions and try to get you the largest refund possible. Mr. Serna and Jesse are the most knowledgeble and not always easy to schedule an appointment with but the rest of the staff does a good job also. There new location at 330 E Lohman is very nicely decorated and makes you feel quite comfortable and it goes along quite well with the courtesy extend by the staff. If you try them once you will return and make them your permanent tax service place.
