I went to Melissa for the first time about a year and a half ago. She is an incredible stylist and has a great ""chairside"" manner. They offer their guests free drinks to make them comfortable and do their best to accommodate them throughout the trip. Since the first visit to Melissa, I've never seen another stylist. I've never seen a bad haircut walk out of there and everybody walks out with smiles on their face, even the ones who came in to have a bad cut (which they got at another salon) fixed.
The pricing is ridiculously low for the quality of stylists and ambiance of the salon.
Overall, great value, great ambiance, incredible talent and awesome people. If it sounds like I'm gushing, I am. I love Shear Indulgence.
