Shawn was really responsive, and answered our (many) questions quickly and accurately. He was available anytime by phone or email. It was a huge relief because this was my first time going through the home-financing process, and it was great to have reliable and friendly help along the way.
Towards the end of the financing, we hit a snag with our lender due to some paperwork that I was unable to produce. Shawn leveraged his own personal contacts with our lender to ensure that this did not delay or threaten our closing while I got the materials together. Without his help and his personal contacts, our closing would have been delayed or worse.
Shawn certainly earned this 5-star rating, and I would definitely use him again if I ever have the chance.
