I went to this business to have a headstone created for my father. I thought they would be professional and timely. I was wrong. Two months passed and they did not produce the stone. They will NEVER call you. Unless you drive to their office you will NEVER hear from them. They have your money and you have to chase them to complete the final stone. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER. They should be out of business. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. YOU WILL LOOSE TIME AND MONEY and not get a headstone. I cannot stress this more than I have. Go Anywhere but Carmichael Monument.
