When I first encountered BB PDX, I had some complaints. I have to say that I am impressed with how these issues were dealt with. Brandy, the Property Mgr, called me directly and asked me what her team could do to do a better job. I was taken aback by the phone call and impressed with the proactive approach to improvement. Since we spoke, I am not sure, but it seems, there was some restructuring in the team. Now when I call, I get a call right back and it's a good experience. Overall, I'm really happy and admire the ability to face a complaint and make changes to improve customer service . :)
