I have been a customer of William's Jewelers since Dec 2010 ever since I bought my wife's engagement ring.
Russ was the person who helped me throughout the process - showing me their selection of diamonds and helping me to get the best price as possible. He was very good at being responsive to emails going back and forth and every time I go into the store, everyone is very nice (especially those dogs!)
When I finally got engaged, my wife and I went to shop for wedding bands at their store also. We decided to stick with William's and not go anywhere else due to their customer service and we are glad to say that we made the right decision.
Russ showed the same great service to us when we were choosing our wedding bands as he did when I was looking for the engagement ring.
