This is the first time I have used Carpet Cleaning Orlando, but I do try to have my carpets cleaned once a year. When the gentleman arrived at my home he explained the cleaning process in detail and was very willing to answer my questions. I did not even have to set up box fans to dry my carpet afterwards, which is something i AWLAYS had to do with other companies. They did a great job!
