I have owned and operated my own housecleaning business for 11 years. The only vacuum store that I have purchased my vacuums and product from is Twin City Vacuum. They have competiive pricing and have always provided me with top notch friendly and efficient service. I have always purchased the extended warranty on vacuums but in the event that something was not covered by the warranty, Jeff would always let me know how much it was going to cost me BEFORE any service was done. I live 45 minutes away from this business and I will continue to bypass other vacuum cleaner stores in order to get to this one!!!!
