I've had the opposite experience. I've dealt with Sullivan for years and feel they've been very up-front and fair. Most recently, I was on vacation in North Carolina and took my vehicle in because coolant was leaking. The mechanic said I was in dire need of a new radiator, which would have required us to delay our trip home several days. We chanced it with Stopleak and made it home fine. When I took the car in to Sullivan fully expecting to replace the radiator I was pleasantly surprised to find all we needed was a radiator cap. Sure, we hit rough spots when an oil change turns into a major expense. But we have never broken down on the side of the road -- I credit Sullivan for that.
