I am new to this area of the country and was exploring the local shopping malls. Lord and Taylor in Natick was very impressive. It is not too big and has the brands I love (Chanel, Borghese, Coach, Ralph Lauren) and I can always find what I like on sale! The women in the cosmetics department are very friendly and did not feel I was being ""sold"" to as I sometimes feel in other stores. I almost missed this store the first time I visited Natick Mall but am very happy I found them.
