My experience with Cabot Computer Nerds was horrible. My computer went in with a cracked screen and came out with a cracked screen barely hanging on by a thread after sitting in their office for over a month. They kept telling me that the new screen had been ordered (after they had already taken it all apart), then blamed it on the person sending it. Not once, but twice! The whole time, I had tried to call and only got an answer two times during that month- which was blamed on thier phone having ""problems"". They need to get thier crap together or not be in bussiness. ZERO STARS!
