We stayed one night in Malibu for my wife's birthday and were fortunate to get to stay at the Malibu beach inn. We had a very nice Queen room with an ocean view and small balcony. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The room is small, but plenty of room for two. Easy access to the beach for a short stroll. The patio deck overlooking the ocean made for a nice nightcap next to the firepit. Everything is clean, and upscale but still has that beach casual feeling. We fell to sleep with the door to the balcony open and the sound of the surf hitting the beach.
