I went with this company because they stated they would use rotovac technology which is advertised as the best thing out. It even says on their website don't settle for a standard wand. Well the guy showed up with a wand. I confirmed that what I was ordering over the phone and on chat on their website was rotovac but it wasn't. They basiclly did what the last guys(steam express) did for more than twice the price. He offered to leave when I asked about the rotovac because his truck did not have one but I declined becouse I just spent 6 hours moving all my furniture and did not want to use half my house for 2 days. Then they offered me the scotch guard for $150 , after I declined he said he would throw it in if i tipped him. He did an ok job but did not agitate the stains like it says on their website which resulted in some of them not comming up. I cleaned them after he left and got them up myself. Overall I would not recommend simply because I was lied to before arrival.

We apologize to the customer for this misunderstanding. It appears that we were in error by sending a non Rotovac technician to the home by mistake. (We have two different cleaning methods). As the gentleman says in his review, our company did offer to leave and send a different crew after the mistake was made. We understand that the customer asked the crew to clean the carpet anyway because it would be an inconvenience to him to reset the appointment. It was not our intent to misrepresent our service to this customer. We would be agreeable to re clean any or all of the work with the Rotovac Technology to the customer's complete satisfaction.
