I just brought my two cats in for their annual visit and shots, and had a great experience. We didn't have a long wait, and the staff was all very friendly and full of smiles for me and my cats! I like that every one there really seems to enjoy being around animals. I know it's their job, but they made my cats and I feel very welcome and comfortable.
