We bought a furnace and air conditioning unit about 10 years ago. We didn't really have any problems with it for about 8 or 9 years. We had bought the extended warranty, and when we had some problems with the furnace Schneider One Hour took care of it. Todd is the fellow that comes here the most, and through his efforts we pretty much got our furnace completely rebuilt at no cost to us. We also have their maintenance program, and that has proved to be satisfactory.
