They were very polite and professional,covering their shoes every time they entered (nice touch). Although I ended up doing the work myself (because we opted to replace the toilets rather than replace hard to find parts), they did give me the info to fix them myself had I chosen that route. I service member I spoke with on the phone was extremely helpful! All-in-all, I'd recommend the company.
