In all honesty I don't think the guy is that much of a jerk. He is just a little harsh with his english. SERVICE on the other hand, now that's different! I bought all the parts for my rear drum brakes to be changed. Not only did he install them incorrectly, but when I opened them up to fix them myself HE KEPT PARTS! He kept the wheel cylinder and shoes on the passenger side and the self adjuster on both sides. I will never go there again and would recommend everyone find somewhere else! I can't express my disdain enough!
I had to fix my brakes not even 1000 miles later!
