Recently visited them over Labor Day weekend and found the experience refreshing. I drove all the way from the Westside wanting at first to buy something close by, but was' nt happy with my choices.
In this era of poor service or no service I found the owner Glenn to be incredibly knowledgeable and patient while I asked a ton of questions. He spent 2 hours with me. I was some place else and when I didn't buy a piano after 15 minutes they practically ignored me. I was all set to buy a used Yamaha piano elsewhere when I discovered the Brodmann piano that Glenn introduced me to. After listening to it and decided the sound was better than anything else I looked at in the price range. I bought it and I'm very happy with my new piano, I will highly recommend Glenn and Hollywood Piano to all.
