I bought a groupon for laser hair removal. I have also had a facial here and each appointment has been a great experience. I even brought my son in for a ""teen"" facial and it was a very positive experience for him as well. What I appreciate most about Oasis Day Spa is the fact that the ladies that work there don't behave like some of the other ""snobby"" salon/spa's I have been to. In fact, my husband gets me gift certificates several times a year for different occasions and I have finally been able to let him know I have found a spa that I like!!! The ladies that work here are down to earth, friendly and professional. I encounted an issue with a tech being caught in traffic. It was no biggie, I waited for a bit but the owner offered to throw in an extra service for me which I thought was very generous! I think if people would speak up if they encounter a problem, the employees here seem very workable and accomodating to make it right.
