So I never write reviews and didn't even have a citysearch account until today, but felt compelled to write a good review for these guys.
After calling about a half dozen or so shops to find someone to install by complicated Pioneer AVIC system along with a backup cams, I came across these guys. After working out a fair price, I felt assured these guys would be more than capable of doing not just a good, but also ""clean"" installation of the unit. And they did!
Unfortunately, the unit they put in was faulty (I bought it off eBay). Not only did they take it out for free, they went so far to speak with the Pioneer rep about the defective part of the unit and helped me get a brand-new unit. They also installed the unit again for free, doing anything in their power to make me (a very annoyed customer at this point) happy and relieved.
I can't recommend these guys enough. And one other thing. I took a look at Al & Ed's across the street... these guys were super sleazy and it became apparent in just minutes that they were going to do anything they could to get as much out of me as possible. I guess that's what happens when you go to the bigger chains.
