I am not one to write reviews, but the terrible customer service at this office has driven me to do so. I have been dealing with this office due to the convenient location and a NP that I liked. Due to the staff's rudeness and inability to provide any form of customer service, I am seeking a new location for my child. The staff is rude and cold and this is not an appropriate place to take a child. It is unfortunate that my child cannot have a good experience with the staff at her doctor's office. With all of the stress that comes along with a child's visit to a doctor, one would hope that the staff could at least be friendly and helpful.
