In the interest of full disclosure, I got a letter with my annual Help Desk contract asking us to post a review. We are very happy with our POS system, so were are happy to oblige. I would say that Nautilus has exceeded our expectations in just about every category. I think the most important thing is the ease of use. We are not present on site all the time. We depend on our managers. And this is one easy system. We almost never have issues. And when we do, we can fix most ourselves. We don't use every feature, even though our account manager tries to pitch us on them every year. But it is a very stable system. it is a very fast system. It does what it says. We have had to have a few warranty calls - mostly our fault. Each time, the next day, a new piece arrived. Heck, I can't even get Comcast to return a call in 12 hours, and these guys have a new piece of hardware ready to install. I would highly recommend the system.
