Maybe my view on grading is different. We have had our Nautilus system for almost two years. We haven't had any problems. But I would not expect to have any problems. I do not see anything about this system that can define it from Aloha or Micros. All are virtually the same. All have exactly the same features. So, to me, this makes it average. I will say one thing. the price of Nautilus is a lot lower. if we were asked to grade prices, I would say that it is 5 stars. But in terms of hardware, software, and the people who install it, I say it is identical to Micros or Aloha.
