Roto-Rooter September 3, 2011 We had backup in our bathroom & laundry room. Our grandson attempted to fix our problem by renting a plumbing snake and to no avail was not able to fix our problem. We called Roto-Rooter and our service tech Dave ran a plumbing snake through, used water pressure bulb to clear out pipes, & ran a camera through our pipes only to find it was a problem with the tap into the city hookup. We have called our sewer utility company and are still waiting for them to come and repair the problem.
